Invisible No More

When I lean out over the hospital bed I see a blue glow of light through the door window. Monitors blink other machines etch green chorus line against the otherwise color vacuum of my room.  I have drips and pumps and cold oxygen against my upper lip.

The rest of the world is invisible.

I am well measured yet unseen.
